Conflict of Interest electronic disclosure system is for faculty, EPAs and some covered graduate students and SPAs. Covered employees complete required questions, submit the COI electronically, and if a disclosure is made, it routes to designated approvers at the department / college or division levels.

Notice of Intent electronic disclosure system is for full time faculty or EPA employee’s External Professional Activities for Pay (EPAP). This system, similar to COI, provides questions / information for covered employees to complete and submit, to then route to designated approvers at the department / college or division levels.

The Wolfpack Reporting System was designed to create a “one-stop shop” for many reporting applications available for campus use as well as various application links on the same menu. The system includes customer friendly reports (converted WOLF and Faculty Accounting Reports) that retrieve information from Financial Reporting in a form that helps you see the big picture, explore details, and make decisions. Using these reports, you will be able to see daily account status and transaction information quickly and easily in an organized spreadsheet format.
