PHS COI Regulations

The following agencies use U.S. Public Health Service (PHS) Conflict of Interest (COI) regulations in their award terms.

If you have been funded by one of these agencies, you should receive an email notification to submit a COI disclosure and complete the Financial Conflicts of Interest (FCOI) tutorial provided by the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

Please note that the NIH’s FCOI training is only valid for four years from the date of completion. In order for NC State to record your completion of the training, you must email the certificate you are awarded upon completion to coi-noi-compliance@ncsu.edu. Blank certificates or certificates that are missing the individual’s name or the date will not be accepted.
