The cells were isolated from Sprague Dawley rats’s rotator cuff tendons and seeded on the Collagen/PLA woven composite scaffold fabricated collagen threads and polylactic acid (PLA) multifilaments. This image was taken after 14 days cultivation and so it reflects the cell proliferation on scaffold on Day 14. The cells were stained by DAPI and Acti-stain 488 phalloidin.
