Nicholas LeBlanc, Ph.D.

As the Assistant Director of Operations and Strategy, Nicholas oversees the Finance & Operations team, where he manages data integrity, work flows, federal compliance, and reporting. He is the database administrator for the ORC’s internal database, Sophia, and is responsible for the design, coding, implementation, and improvement of office data management procedures & automations.

Nicholas received his Ph.D. in Slavic Linguistics from UNC-Chapel Hill. He joined the ORC in 2013, and has experience in database management and development in educational, non-profit, and commercial settings. In his spare time, Nicholas enjoys reading & conversing in French & Russian, and growing far too many plants.
