<\/a>Office of Technology Licensing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Office of Technology Licensing manages all aspects of intellectual property generated and owned by NC State. Our team manages portfolios of innovations and technologies that have been developed by NC State faculty, staff and students and works to evaluate new inventions, protect intellectual property, identify market opportunities and license innovations to companies within industry for further development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Office of New Ventures and Investments works with NC State faculty, staff, students, and external entrepreneurs who are seeking to form a new startup company to commercialize NC State-owned intellectual property. By providing programming, connections, funding and a suite of services that new startups can use to accelerate their growth, the New Ventures team works hand-in-hand with NC State startups to ensure their success in building strong businesses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
