As an Agreements and IP Data Manager, Christian manages the ORC\u2019s Innovator\u2019s Portal, and he manages agreement-related data entry, working with the finance team to ensure that the ORC accurately invoices licensees and distributes royalties. Christian also works closely with Nicholas LeBlanc and Cindy Henry to manage the ORC\u2019s licensing diligence and compliance efforts.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining NC State, Christian interned at the United States Patent Trademark Office, where he analyzed patent applications, and he completed a practicum at North Carolina A&T\u2019s Technology Transfer Office, where he analyzed invention disclosures and reviewed intellectual property policies.<\/p>\n

He graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Nanoscience and went on to earn an M.A. in Bioethics and Science Policy from Duke University.<\/p>\n
