NC State Office of Technology Commercialization and New Ventures (OTCNV) and RIoT have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a 2018 partnership at HQ Centerline in downtown Raleigh. This MOU will allow each organization to leverage its communities to support and scale entrepreneurs and startups across North Carolina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new partnership between OTCNV and RIoT has united two influential leaders in the tech transfer field.
