This system is open to ALL USERS (both internal and external). A user\u2019s guide for navigating the new submission system and setting up a user account can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/research.ncsu.edu\/gsl\/files\/2023\/06\/GSL-Submission-System-Users-Guide-June2021.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For specific questions on the appropriate service or instrument for your project needs, such as the right NGS platform and run type, please Contact Us directly (<em>email query is preferred<\/em>) and we will respond shortly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*New Training Video!*<\/strong> &#8211; The tutorial below outlines the basic steps for requesting NGS services at the GSL, using our NC State Lab Submission System.
