\n CLC Genomics Workbench<\/a> is a powerful, GUI-based software solution developed to analyze and visualize Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data. The software features bioinformatic algorithms that are widely used by industry and academia to overcome challenges associated with large-scale data analysis. Formerly a CLC Bio product (Aarhus, Denmark), the software is now owned by Qiagen Bioinformatics<\/a>, which offers a number of popular NGS software solutions, including CLC Genomics Workbench, CLC Biomedical Workbench, and Ingenuity Pathway Analysis.\n <\/p>\n \n
