Two user stations are available in the PSB facility for analysis of SNPs and indels via KASP\/PACE PCR-based assays in a 384 well plate format. Training is required to utilize these stations and can be requested here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each station consists of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
six ABI Veriti 384 well thermal cyclers <\/li>\n\n\n\n
BMG PheraStar FSX plate reader <\/li>\n\n\n\n
LGC KlusterCaller software for cluster analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Access to the Meridian2 liquid dispensing system is also included to dispense mastermix and assays into 384 well plates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
