Patrick began working in the PDU in September of 2013. As a Research Proposal Specialist, Patrick’s daily responsibilities include developing budgets for proposals, editing and formatting supplemental documents, coordinating proposal submissions with college research offices, as well as organizing logistics for webinars and editing the PDU Newsletter.
Before arriving at the PDU, Patrick graduated from Wake Forest University in 2004 with a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science. He then went on to obtain a M.S. in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina in 2006. Upon graduating with his master’s degree, Patrick worked as an Instructor in the Exercise Science Department at the University of South Carolina until July 2013 where he taught classes, advised students, and coordinated clinical exercise studies.
In his spare time, Patrick enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, fishing, reading, and traveling.
