Miscommunications at this stage can often delay grants and cause frustration at both ends. The purpose of this session is to provide an insight into how NIH Grants Managers think &#8211; what&#8217;s their workload, how do they view grants, and what kinds of assumptions are they making about their university counterparts? From these insights, we&#8217;ll discuss some communication strategies to help RAs better navigate their interactions with NIH.
