This one-hour instructor led course provides an overview to the role of unit champion for the Proposal Development (PD) module rollout in the RED System. This course will introduce the expectations of the champion role, what to expect from the RED implementation team, and opportunities for champions and the RED team to maintain communication during PD rollout.
