Members must be accredited individual investors with an NC State affiliation (alumni, faculty, staff, students, parents, friends, and donors are all eligible for membership) and pay an annual membership fee of $1,500. WIN members invest directly in NC State-affiliated companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Actively source investment opportunities for the group<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate and contribute to diligence processes and investment decisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support and guidance for portfolio companies based on experience and expertise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please contact <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"mailto:adphill3@ncsu.edu\" target=\"_blank\">Abby Phillips<\/a> for more details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Wolfpack Investor Network provides a secure online platform for members to collaborate and manage deal flow, diligence, investor relations, content, and portfolio reporting. Upon joining, members receive unique login credentials for access to this platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WIN staff coordinates deal flow activities with Harbright Ventures, WIN&#8217;s partner, for diligence, as needed. Interactions with companies are facilitated through localized member meetings, video conferences, and pitch events, where student associates also assist with diligence resources and communication support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The annual membership fee for WIN is $1,500, payable upon joining and each year on the membership anniversary. Membership requests are subject to approval by WIN&#8217;s Director.
