Mentoring

The Mentoring subcommittee creates sustainable mentoring and job-shadowing programs that feature inward- and outward-facing perspectives (i.e., central offices-to-colleges and vice versa). To learn how to get involved, contact the subcommittee chair.

Subcommittee Goals

  • Improve productivity among less-experienced employees
  • Increase understanding and communication between college research offices (CROs) and central offices (SPARCS, Contracts and Grants, etc.)
