Award closeout is the process by which a sponsoring agency confirms that all administrative requirements and project work have been completed. Although closeout marks the end of an award, successful closeout begins during proposal development and continues throughout the project lifecycle. In this interactive session, we will discuss how proactive planning, collaboration between pre- and post-award teams, and ongoing monitoring can prevent common challenges and support a smooth, compliant closeout process.
