Tips for Success in the System
- Try clearing your browser cache if you run into problems accessing RED. Refer to the General System Resources below for details.
- Save your changes often. The system times out after 60 minutes of inactivity.
- Drag system pop-ups down for full visibility.
- Check Complete and then Submit for a successful completion.
- Log out of RED every time.
