Tips for Success in the RED System
- Try clearing your browser cache if you run into problems accessing RED. Refer to the General System Resources below for details.
- Drag system pop-ups down for full visibility.
- Save your changes often — and log out of RED every time. The system times out after 60 minutes of inactivity.

Clearing the Cache
Clearing the cache can resolve many problems related to how and if pages are loading.
Enabling Browser Pop-ups
RED makes use of pop-up windows, so an important step in using the system is enabling pop-ups in your browser of choice. For optimal performance when using RED, we recommend Google Chrome.
