This two-hour instructor led course provides an overview and hands on experience with the new Proposal Development (PD) module in the RED System. This course continues working with a proposal budget from RED U 203. This course covers entering budgets, editing budgets, and subcontractor budgets.

This course is for research administrators who are responsible for entering proposals into PINS.

Completion of RED U 203 is required before attending RED U 204.
