NC State is implementing an ERA system, which has been dubbed the Research Enterprise Data (RED) system. The ERA Project has multiple objectives, including:
- Providing researchers and administrators with the software tools they need to more easily prepare and submit proposals;
- Facilitating the quick setup and creation of project accounts;
- Delivering accurate, detailed and timely information about projects; and
- Ensuring adherence to contractual and regulatory compliance requirements.
