Visiting Researcher Questionnaire
Before a visiting researcher, who will engage in research, can be approved, information about the individual and visit details must be completed using one of the submission methods below.
Visitor Needs J-1 Visa Sponsorship by NC State
If the individual requires J-1 visa sponsorship by NC State through the Office of International Services, please follow the J-1 Scholar Request Procedures and submit the request through Global Home.
Visitor Does Not Need J-1 Visa Sponsorship by NC State
If the individual is a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, requires visa sponsorship for a visa type other than a J-1, or holds a J-1 visa sponsored by an entity other than NC State, please complete your submission through the Visiting Researcher Questionnaire.
Undergraduate Research Experience Submissions
If the individual is a participant in an Undergraduate Research Experience program (i.e. – REU, etc), please complete your submissions through the Undergraduate Research Experience Program Participant Submission Form.
