Bio

Dr. Wong’s Research Infrastructure team, which reports through ORDO, manages limited submission funding opportunities and our seed-funding programs. They also work to develop NC State’s research infrastructure, plan and oversee university core facilities, and provide administrative oversight for centers and institutes.

Prior to her current role, Wong worked as the managing director of licensing and strategic initiatives at Duke University. She also spent more than 14 years in leadership positions within the research and innovation ecosystem at the University of Michigan. She holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from Stanford University and earned her bachelor’s degree from Whittier College.
