Project Information and Navigation System (PINS)

PINS is an electronic system that was used to track proposal data and verify approvals from all faculty and administrators involved in proposal development, which is a required part of the submission process for all sponsored research proposals.

RED PD Replacing PINS

Effective Aug. 25, 2026, the ability to create new proposals in PINS has been deactivated, and no new sponsors will be added. New proposals must now be completed in the Proposal Development (PD) module of RED.
