Search for Assistant Vice Chancellor for Research Infrastructure Underway

NC State University’s Office of Research and Innovation (ORI) is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Vice Chancellor for Research Infrastructure.
The position was posted on July 10. This new role was created as part of an organizational restructuring within ORI following the retirement of Associate Vice Chancellor Jon Horowitz. The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing all official NC State Centers and Institutes;
- Managing limited-submission funding opportunities on behalf of NC State, as well as ORI’s seed funding programs; and
- Administering the university’s six Shared Core Research Facilities.
The position will report to the Senior Associate Vice Chancellor for Research Development and Operations.
