Letter of Collaboration

METRIC provides expert analytical services to North Carolina State University researchers at a cost-effective rate using state-of-the-art instrumentation. As a university core facility, METRIC’s standard services and instrumentation access may be referenced directly in grant applications and do not require a letter of support. Letters of collaboration (LOC) are provided for projects involving substantial intellectual contribution from METRIC personnel. Investigators interested in collaborative support should first schedule a consultation and discuss the proposed work with METRIC staff scientists. Please submit letter requests through the Lab Management Portal at least five business days prior to the grant deadline.
