KASP User Stations

Two user stations are available in the PSB facility for analysis of SNPs and indels via KASP/PACE PCR-based assays in a 384 well plate format. Training is required to utilize these stations and can be requested here. 

Each station consists of:

• six ABI Veriti 384 well thermal cyclers 
• BMG PheraStar FSX plate reader 
• LGC KlusterCaller software for cluster analysis
• Access to the Meridian2 liquid dispensing system is also included to dispense mastermix and assays into 384 well plates
