COI: Policies, Rules and Regulations
Federal regulations, state laws and university policies establish standards and requirements regarding the disclosure and management of financial conflicts of interest in research to ensure that the design, conduct and reporting of the research is free from bias.

REG 01.25.01 – Conflicts of Interest and Conflicts of Commitment was revised on Aug. 20, 2024. The COI office is working to update its online disclosure forms in the RED system to align with the revised regulation. Existing COI procedures remain in effect until the updates to RED have been implemented. Please direct any questions to COI-Support@ncsu.edu.
