RCR Training: Authorized Course Enrollment Form

If you are currently enrolled in an NC State Approved RCR Training course, please enter and submit your information in the form below. The RCR Administrator will verify your enrollment. Upon successful completion of the course, you must notify the RCR Administrator who will acknowledge that you have met NSF/NIFA’s RCR training requirement.
